The Hearing and Mobility website is a trading style of Hearing Health and Mobility Ltd.
If you are registered disabled, or you are buying for some one that is disabled, you do not have to pay VAT on certain products, just fill in your name and address on the form that will prompt you to, tell us your disability and you will not pay VAT on purpose made disability products.
To obtain VAT exemption you must full in and complete the declaration on the order form. VAT has to be paid on all orders – if you do not submit the completed VAT exemption form.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please inform us within 5 working days of receipt and return the goods to us within 14 days. We do not pay for the return of goods or refund any postage costs only the product cost.

We will refund the cost of the goods only.
We charge a restocking fee of 50% of the catalogue price for the return of made to order bespoke goods unless the product is faulty. Where we have substituted an item then we will pay for the return. If the hygiene seal is broken we cannot accept the return of continence, toilet, personal care or bathing products, unless faulty.
Due to potential cross infection, toileting products, bathing products (including bathlifts) and fabric items (including chairs) cannot be refunded. You statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery And Costs
Most items are dispatched within 2-3 working days but some items may take longer.
We currently only delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Standard Items: £4.50
Hearing aid batteries - £4.19 for 1 x double pack & 4 x double packs
Heavy Items (e.g. Scooters, Bath Lifts, Wheelchairs & Large Furniture):

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods after you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
By clicking the 'Pay and Complete' button in the checkout process you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.
All orders placed by you, and purchases of goods by you from us are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
