Key Features Of The Liberty Mobility Scooter

Easy To Disassemble

Using a simple locking system, you can strip down the scooter into its 5 parts (including the supplied basket) in mere moments, which will make lifting and storing it in your car boot simple. Reassembling it ready to ride is just as easy.

The heaviest part weighs in at a mere 14 kilograms (which is just over 2 stone) which makes it one of the lightest in its class.

Fantastic legroom

One of the greatest features of the Liberty is that although it is a small and compact scooter, it also offers generous space to stretch out your legs.

You will note that the front shroud design has two raised footpads on either side of the tiller.

When you adjust the seat to your desired height you should be able to sit with your back supported and your feet against these footpads. This will allow you to easily operate the controls without stretching, reaching or straining.

This is great for safety as the more comfortable and at ease you are, the easier you will find it to control the scooter.

Great for going out to the shops

A scooter such as this has been specifically designed to take you on shorter trips, such as around shopping centres.

With a maximum speed of 4mph, a top range of approximately 10 miles and a tight turning radius of 47½” inches, the Liberty has been designed with manoeuvrability in mind.

Because this is a smaller scooter you will also be able to take it into many shops without too many problems – just remember to set your speed to the lowest and to drive very carefully.
