The Hearing and Mobility website is a trading style of Hearing Health and Mobility Ltd.
We show two prices for most products because if you are chronically sick or disabled, or you are buying for some one that is, you do not have to pay VAT on certain products.
To obtain VAT exemption you must fulfil, complete and sign the declaration on the order form. VAT has to be paid on phone orders – if you do not submit the completed VAT exemption form.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please inform us within 7 working days of receipt and return the goods to us within 30 days. We do not pay for the return of goods unless faulty or not as ordered.

We will refund the cost of the goods and postage outwards.
We charge a restocking fee of 50% of the catalogue price for the return of made to order bespoke goods unless the product is faulty. Where we have substituted an item then we will pay for the return. If the hygiene seal is broken we cannot accept the return of continence, toilet, personal care or bathing products, unless faulty.
Most items are dispatched within three days but due to our suppliers some may take up to 30 days.
The prices in this catalogue are valid until 1st January 2011 and supercedes all previous catalogues.
